Functionality Overview
This app basically does what it says on the tin.
I’ve long wished for an action that could do exactly this, for a couple of reasons:
- I want to be able to store full conversation history in a custom field (to use with AI)
- I want to be able to stop automated nurture sequences whenever the client starts to engage with the lead
There may be more uses for this as well. If you can think of it, it can probably be done.

Outbound Message Sent
This trigger fires whenever a message is sent out via SMS (text), Facebook Messenger, or Instagram Direct.
