The onboarding for my apps in the past has been horrible. No message to thank you or offer support, just sink or swim.
That’s obviously a terrible approach, so I’m making some changes.
In this update:
- There will be a dedicated setup page where you’ll be redirected after the app is installed
- You’ll get a text message right after installing so you can ask me anything over text or call
- You’ll get a link to an onboarding call where you can meet with me to get set up
- I’ll track app installs in my own pipeline to provide extra support to users during trials
