Everyone knows that tasks are a pain in the ass.
You have to remember to add them even though you may never do it.
Eventually you just end up not following up with important contacts because you either didn’t set a task, or you have a pile of old tasks on top.
With AI, we can look at converstational context to figure out:
- Should there be a task? It’s okay if not.
- If there should be a task, exactly what should it be?
- What should the title be?
- What should the description include so the CRM owner can act on it without listening to a bunch of call recordings?
- When should the task due?
- Are there any current tasks that can now be checked off?
This is particularly useful for reminding clients to follow up with their leads, or adding tasks for them so they know what to do when they open the app.
